Seven Steps Healthcare, Ltd. has a seven-step approach in providing quality care services to both our clients and employees. We provide these services through our dedicated team of nurses.

We recruit nurses across the globe, from different backgrounds thereby bringing different expertise to the health and social care sector. At Seven Steps Healthcare we celebrate diversity and partnership working.

All our nurses must be registered with Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) prior being assignedto any duties, including nurses from abroad as well as this is a requirement for all the practicing nurses in United Kingdom. We also offer opportunities for those nurses who want to progress into management positions in different settings of their choice.

We cover quite a range of settings, this includes service user’s homes, Private Hospitals, Residential/Nursing homes, Mental Health settings, Residential care, Supported Living & NHS and below is a list of some of the roles that our nurses are involve in:

  • Management of Chronic Diseases whether be at home, hospital or
    residential/nursing homes.
  • Management of complex cases for both adults and children which requires
    specialist procedures such tracheostomies and ventilators
  • Working as Nurse in Charge, Manager or Team Leader within hospital wards
    or private hospitals around the country.
  • Placements within hospices for palliative care
  • Peg feed care
  • Personal care and all the nursing care


When you register with Seven Steps Healthcare, Ltd. you are required to go through a rigorous police check (enhanced DBS check). This is compulsory for all our clinicians prior to assigned any duties. In addition to DBS check, we also do some checks in relation to fitness to practice.

Modern Day Slavery

We do rigorous checks on people who are most likely to be the victims of Modern Day Slavery. We are an agency that celebrates diversity and we, therefore, endeavour to promote anti-oppressive and anti-discriminatory practices.

Professional References

We request our nurses to provide two professional references from their last place of employment. References must be from someone who is able to provide comments on clinical skills, for example, the Manager. At Seven Steps Healthcare, duties are only assigned to those with cleared references.
