Supported Living Services
We provide bespoke supported living services to individuals with learning disability, autism and other complex care needs including mental health. Our support is person centred, tailored to meet individual needs, interests and aspirations. We boast in treating people as individuals .
Partnership Working
We work in partnership with other agencies including health care professionals and housing providers.
Accommodation
Where there is need for accommodation, Seven Steps Healthcare will source it. We will ensure that the accommodation has adaptations tailored to meet the specific needs of the individuals we support for example sensory or physical needs. We provide a range of different housing services from self contained flats to shared housing basing on the individuals needs.
