SUPPORT WORKERS
We supply fully trained and experienced registered support workers to our clients to achieve optimal individual outcomes. We value diversity and our employees are from different background thereby bringing different expertise and experiences within our organisation.
We support people with Learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum, Challenging Behaviours, Dementia, End of Life Individuals, Brain Injuries, Eating Disorders, Substance Misuse Problems, Physical Disabilities, Sensory Impairment and Mental Health Illness.
LIVE IN CARERS
The primary role of a live-in carer is to enable the person requiring care to continue to enjoy a secure, comfortable and independent life within the familiar surroundings of their own home. The individual services provided by a live-in carer will vary in accordance with the day-to-day needs of the person requiring care; this is the beauty of one-to-one care at home; there are no imposed routines.
NURSES
We recruit nurses across the globe, from different backgrounds thereby bringing different expertise to the health and social care sector. At Seven Steps Healthcare we celebrate diversity and partnership working.
All our nurses must be registered with Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) prior being assignedto any duties, including nurses from abroad as well as this is a requirement for all the practicing nurses in United Kingdom. We also offer opportunities for those nurses who want to progress into management positions in different settings of their choice.
SENIOR HEALTHCARE/HCA
We supply healthcare assistant in nursing homes, care homes, private hospitals and in the community. We supply both Senior Healthcare Assistant /HCA’s and for you to be considered for a Senior position you must have completed your NVQ3 or a qualification that is equivalent or higher in health and social care.
Health care assistant duties involves providing support, companionship and helping clients with the day to day activities. They assist with personal care, bathing and toileting . Training is offered before you are assigned to any duties as some of the roles requires you to have certain skills such as Peg feed or Tracheotomy care. Our care assistant also work hand in hand with other health care professionals thereby promoting the continuity of care and inter-professional working.
